ERG LEADER SUMMIT

MANCHESTER 2027

from passion to performance

24 June 2027 · 10am–5pm

One Angel Square, Manchester

Join us at Co-op’s headquarters for the ERG Leader Summit in Manchester. Programme details will be announced as they’re confirmed.

CONNECT · share · uplift

A day for ERG leaders to share what’s working, explore common challenges and build connections across organisations.

Through practical case studies and World Café discussions, we’ll look at how ERGs turn ideas into initiatives that make a difference to their people and their business.

Join us at Co-op’s headquarters at One Angel Square, Manchester.

Take away ideas you can adapt, fresh perspectives on your own challenges, and a network of peers to keep learning with long after the summit.

For ERG leaders, DEI practitioners and executive sponsors who want to strengthen the impact of their networks.

This event is proudly hosted by Co-op

Would you like to help shape the 2027 Manchester summit?

You could facilitate a World Café discussion and feed back to the room, present a case study of a high-impact initiative your ERG has led or collaborated on, or contribute in another way.

Tell us a little about yourself and your idea. A few sentences is enough.
